He's not my trusted plumber, as his advertising claims. I guess since it was a minor job, he wasn't interested. They didn't even call me to tell me they weren't interested. They just ignored me.

Dom kommer och byter en 10 år gammal värmepump som dom hävdar är så mycket bättre och kommer hålla så bra. Ett år senare går den sönder utan anledning. När vi ringer för att få hjälp med att fixa/få en ny så tar det först 3 dagar för dom att dyka upp för att se att den är trasig, sen så lovar dom att komma senare nästa dag eller ringa om annan tid samma dag. Det händer inte. Dom säger att dom ska komma nästa dag, det gör dom inte. Sen nästa dag bokar dom in en tid, 15-15.30. Dom kom inte. Sen bokar dom in att dom ska komma 10.30 dagen efter. Vid 15.00 ringer vi deras chef som måste skälla ut hans anställda för att dom inte kommit eller hört av sig. Dom säger sen att dom ska komma 16.00 men kommer 15min för sent. Sen när dom väl är här meddelar jag dom att dom måste vänta på att jag kör ut vår bil innan dom kan komma in så jag kan blippa in dom med vår tagg in på området för annars funkar det inte att komma ut. Men dom väljer att göra intrång på vårt område istället för att vänta som instuerat. Sjukt dålig service och oproffsigt arbete. En veckas väntetid när dom lovat annat. 4 dagar väntetid där dom säger en sak och sen inte dyker upp eller meddelar annat.

Professional service and a reasonable price. They dealt with an issue 2-3 other plumbers refused or didn’t know what to do. Best in the area.

We bought a water heater from these guys just under 2 years ago and yesterday it kept tripping our electrics went to see them in the morning they sent an electrician it needed a new heating element as it was In Warranty they got straight on to Junkers the suppliers and they sent someone the same day very happy definitely 5* service fromboth companies would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Cuando el vecino te llama porque tienes un problema que está en tu baño pero afecta al de abajo, sin haber tenido tiempo de asegurar, se convierte en un Problemon. Sin conocer a nadie, me leí las reseñas de todos los profesionales de la zona, y acerté eligiendo Borja. Una avería donde intervienen cinco profesiones diferentes, es normal que salgan imprevistos, se solucionaron sobre la marcha y he quedado satisfecho del buen trato y acierto de Borja. Precio justo y bien hecho.

I cannot believe the quality of the service I received. Beyond first class. I found that my electric water heater was broken and massively leaking. I made a phone call at 9.00 am and everything was replaced and repaired by 10.20 am. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The cost was very good also.

What a top class service Borja and his team, especially Dani the engineer provided to us. Popped into the shop yesterday got first class advice and appointmwnt booked for new water heater installation today, Dani arrived promptly after calling ahead and was really polite, friendly and courteous, work was completed swiftly and professionally, popped back into shop to settle the bill this afternoon all done within 24hrs and we have a fully functioning and smart new water heater. 10/10 top service ! Will definitely be recommending them to friends and beyond!

Had trouble with gas boiler. This company replied to my enquiry very quickly and arranged a visit. They kept me informed and scheduled me in for first thing the following morning. The engineer arrived on time, was very polite and extremely helpful. He problem solved a couple of faults and quickly rectified them. They spoke very good English and I would not hesitate recommend them.

Gas funktionierte nicht mehr im Haus. Cheff ermöglichte Reparatur am gleichen Nachmittag (!). Die beiden Monteure waren freundlich, schnell und kompetent. Preis in Ordnung. Bin zufrieden und dankbar. Weiterempfehlung!

Have had many bad experiences in works undertaken by suposed professional trades persons whilst in Spain. Due to an unforeseen circumstances I needed to replace a leaking water heater. This filled me with dread. However on this occasion and from the onset, this company delivered on professionalism and Customer Satisfaction, both at my home and within their office. My wife and I have only been here since October 2018. We needed some work done urgently we called Borja out, they came the same day and Done the work we needed the price was very reasonable. We needed a new water heater downstairs we called in and spoke to the lady I said it wasnt urgent but they turned up two hours later and job done. We also had borja in to do downstairs shower to put a new one in and upstairs take bath out and make into shower room and a new sink in kitchen all work done in five days always nice and clean each day. I had a problem with the pool pump that was sorted out for me, I had a flood in utility room water heater was leaking very badly I turned water off on saturday night and called Borja monday morning told them the problem and a new water boiler was fitted three hours later. So the company staff and there work force are excellent and everything is explained what was going to be done so well done to BORJA I'll always use them.

I have had a 1.5KW photovoltaic system fitted today by this first class firm. I can not recommend the high level of workmanship and professionalism enough. I’d give them 6* if I could 👍🏼

New condensing oil boiler. Having done many self builds whilst in the UK I am always critical and trepid of contractors as I have very high standards and was not disappointed in this very professional firm. From their first visit, to quote to an excellent job at the end, i could not find fault. The standard of workmanship is the best i´ve come across so far in Spain. I would recommend them all day long!

In unserer Panasonic Klimaanlage hat das Kältemittel gefehlt. Termin war innerhalb eines Tages, Anlage funktioniert wieder super. Sehr netter spanischer Monteur. Wir werden die Firma wieder beauftragen, wenn etwas defekt ist.
