Juanjo Plumbing Services and Maintenance

He's not my trusted plumber, as his advertising claims. I guess since it was a minor job, he wasn't interested. They didn't even call me to tell me they weren't interested. They just ignored me.

I cannot fault this company, my boiler was leaking, they came few hours later and put a new boiler in, very reasonably priced. A week later I received a phone call from them asking if the boiler was working correctly. It was, no problems with it all. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Excellent service - prompt attention to a failed hot water heater - replaced the unit within a few days. Technicians were efficient, friendly and helpful. Good price for replacement unit, removed all old parts and cleaned up - overall good value and great service - thank you!

They responded quickly to a blocked toilet problem, sorted the issue out and left everything clean and tidy. €50 in my book is great value!

I’d just moved to a new house and couldn’t get the boiler to work properly. Juanjo came out promptly and fixed the problem and I also got them to fit a programmable thermostat. Professional, a pleasure to deal with and very reasonably priced work. Highly recommend them for any boiler work.

Great service, polite, courteous and wonderful value for money. Inserted 4 Johnson air conditioners and took away old for recycling. Very timely and tidy work. Juanjo and his team reformed a kitchen, bathroom and fitted aircon aswell as other bits and bobs. Excellent team work, they worked ahead of time, very professional and honest. Recently had Juanjo and his team do all the building work on a new kitchen, ripped out the old one, sorted out all the electrics, gas and plumbing; re plastered and painted as well as laying a new floor. We could not be happier with the quality of work & reasonable price. A very reliable, hardworking & professional team, highly recommended. A massive thankyou to the whole team!

Service très rapide et travail très professionnel. Laisse le chantier très propre. (Merci Angel) J'ai contacté ce professionnel par mail le samedi, le propriétaire m'a contacté par mail LE DIMANCHE et j'ai eu un rendez-vous le lundi à 9h ,à 11h30 toute la robinetterie de ma salle de bain était changée. Je recommande donc cet artisan à tous ceux qui ont un problème de plomberie

Juanjo and his team have been great many times in the past, but they excelled themselves this week. We messaged them on Monday evening (after hours) to request somebody had a look at our central heating system. Even though it was after hours, Juanjo called me to arrange to visit the next day which he did. Unable to repair it (it was ancient), he arranged for a specialist to inspect it on Wednesday who declared it to be an ex-boiler. Juanjo was able to provide a price for a new boiler straight away and said he would try to get it installed asap, which turned out to be Thursday morning at 830, using the rest of Wednesday to send his team to remove the old boiler. His team arrived on time on Thursday morning (as did the new boiler) and spent all Thursday installing it, and had our radiators nice and warm by Thursday evening, just in time for the arrival of family. I knew they were good, but this reinforces it! ¡Muchas gracias!!

I arrived back in my house after 3 years absence (due to covid) and had emergency plumbing work (no hot water in house, washing machine pipés broken and dishwasher not working) - telephoned 5 plumbers early tuesday morning (13/12/22) and this company responded immediately, adjusted their activities for the day, arrived within 20 mins and fixed all my problems within an hour (including finding and fixing an additional plumbing problem - pièce needing replacing on a leaking bathroom sink). The owner/manager, who too took my call, spoke perfect English, listened sensitively, responded and adapted immediately. The team who arrived (two professional, nice and polite men) worked efficiently, smartly and sensitively - reporting their activities back to the owner/manager who gave me a very good and pleasing price for the work done👍. An amazingly good expérience, giving me instant relief and happiness!😊. A fabulous company - highly recommended from this one expérience but one which I shall definitely use again for any related future work. On top - the owner/manager - was so nice and easy to deal with and this makes such a difference - Thank You😀
