100% Plumbing - The Best! My wife and I have owned an apartment in Calpe, Costa Blanca for 26 years. Like all owners of property there have been many problems over the years and there is only one company that we trust 100% and that is 100% Plumbing! They speak English & Spanish and have completed brilliant work for us repairing water leaks, installing a new water heater and replacing our entire central air con system. Mike, his son Matthew and Corina in the office provide the ultimate full property back up with perfect post sale customer service and full guarantees on all work. Don't consider accepting anything less than 100%!

I was literally living in a nightmare when I discovered I had a water leak underground in my villa after receiving a water bill for 5800€. Called 100% Plumbing and they assured me they would be able to help and also provide the relevant paperwork so I could make a claim in order to get a reduction in this bill. They came the following day, found and fixed the leak with zero fuss. I was imagining digging up half the garden....this wasn't the case! Small hole and break in the terrace where the broken pipe was. After about a week they sent their builder to fill in the hole and re-tile. The bill was very reasonable, less than another company I called who offered me some sort of specialist 'leak detection' and it would have cost this JUST FOR the leak detection, without them fixing anything they discovered. I would not hesitate to recommend them and after living here for over 20 year and having used a lot of tradespeople, I would not hesitate to use them again. Professional from start to finish!

Had a small issue with our boiler yesterday morning. Called 100% Plumbing and spoke to Corina in the office. Within 2 hours Alex from the Company called and fixed the problem. Very impressed with the way it was all handled. Great service and staff. Many thanks. Dave

Last week, our 10 years old gaz boiler let us down and after contacting several other plumber services without succes, Danny made us a correct quote for a new one and within the same week Slade did a perfect job replacing it and he left everything neat and tidy. We did not even now exactly what all the did. However this was now the second job 100% plumbing did for us in an a reliable, fast and extremely cost-efficient way. I have asked other spanish companies front up, and they would have charged us 10x the price. Also we had bad experiences with other local companies. We did not no 100% Plumbing front up, we found them in the internet. We never met them personally until today. Still they did an outstanding, reliable and extremely fair priced job. We can fully and without any hesitation advise anyone to trust in pricing, quality of work and reliability 100% Plumbing. You can even give them you house key and they take care of things. Great company. For us plumbing and other work in Costa Banca is in the future only with 100% Plumbing.

Edited: -technician showed up in 2023 and fixed the system 'so well' it resulted in us installing a brand new system in next few days -in 2024 technician didn't show up the following morning, but 3 days later and didn't fix the system, we eventually managed to get a different company over - bad review was not left due to us not informing the guests, but the company providing our guests with false information (extremely unprofessional) I attach the pictures providing the guests were informed, showing why they left bad review and our listing's reviews showing 'lack' of effort... -won't be calling them next time again, the company doesn't have to worry Absolutely not recommended! I called them urgently last summer, as there was an issue with my hot water system, that run on solar panels. The technician, who showed up, told my airbnb guests,who were staying at the house then, that he was called to the house with same issue a year before (before the whole system was changed into a new one and he would have no idea knowing about it!) and that he recommended some changes, but we didn't listen.... Can't even express how much out of line his comments were... (i guess since he and the guests were both English, he felt he didn't have to be professional, not sure...)😕 not only ,it unfortunately reflected on my airbnb review , there was no solution provided by the company WOULD STAY AWAY!

I would recommend 100% Plumbing. I had two issues to deal with and despite some setbacks with suppliers of the items needed the team there were always available and kept me updated on progress throughout. I dealt with Mike, Corina and Mark and all were professional and experts in their own fields.

It's still rather fresh this winter especialy in the evening so it was sad the central heating did not function very well. Tom from 100% plumbing came to our house and fixed it very quickly! We're very happy with their service!

100% Plumbing is a very professional and reliable company. I have used their services for fixing a gas and water leakage and installation of a water pressure reducing valve. I reported a gas leak from my cooker. Within a few hours the owner Michael came out and found the problem. Within 24 hours he sent a Gas Engineer called Mark to pull out the cooker, repair the problem and refit the cooker. An excellent service and would definitely recommend this company.

They are as good as their name. The response is 100% faultless, as is the work carried out by their engineer Tomas, who has been with the company almost 14 years. I couldn’t recommend 100% plumbing more highly. Super job 👏

Neighbour had gas problems; they came within an hour, and found issue of air in system. All done for €45!

Having tried a few plumbers since coming to Spain 18 years ago, I settled on using the services of 100% as I always found them to be reliable, efficient and reasonably priced - and good communicators. I have now been using them for a number of years including a very recent job involving three of my neighbours and have no doubts about recommending them. As they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Very highly recommend 100% Plumbing - they've done us proud time and again over the years for all our aircon, gas and plumbing needs. Just this year they've saved us from disaster twice when we needed urgent replacement of 1) a hot water tank which decided to give up the ghost one Sunday, and 2) an aircon unit which met its demise during peak summer temperatures. As a holiday rental villa it's crucial we resolve these situations rapidly for our guests, and 100% couldn't have acted more professionally or quickly than they did. Corina, Tomas, Tom - thank you!

We have used 100% plumbing for a variety of services big and small. The same professionalism, timeliness, responsiveness and overall fabulous service is always provided no matter the job. The most recent was the installation of a salt water system for our pool, installation of a heat pump and replacement filter. I was given a number of options on types of equipment with a full explanation of the benefits of each and also the benefits of keeping the pool as chlorine vs converting to salt. There was no pressure - just facts. From start to finish the service offered was excellent. I would highly recommend this firm for any service that they offer based on the experiences to date.

My experience with 100% was excellent. Communication was good and clear because they speak perfect English and they laid out various options for me regarding the purchase of a new boiler and the installation of shower fixtures and fittings. They also acquired the exact model of toilet and accessories that I requested and did the same to order in installing three aircon units to a high standard.

They have repaired our pool, installed new central heating & boiler (all controlled via wi-fi whilst we are away), 2 new bathrooms, they are currently transforming our kitchen & living space, by making it open plan with a new kitchen, floor tiles, re-wiring and making good.
