lors de l'entretien du feu à pellets et surtout du ramonage de la cheminée le technicien a laissé la brosse de ramonage avec 4 longueur de tige (2 m sur les 8 m insérés) bloquée dans le conduit du tubage en inox double paroi de 80mm de diamètre interieur ,après un contact téléphonique avec son employeur il a décidé de faire fonctinner le feu à pellets pour soi disant faire fondre la tête de ramonage (d'un diamètre de 60mm donc normalement pas coincéedans un tube de 80mm)et d'après lui elle serait retombée par la gravité,30minutes de fonctionnement plus 30' de refroidissement ,pour enfin recupérer l'ensemble tête +4 rallonges sans que la tête soit fondue comme esperé par lui ,un grand moment de pression quand vous voyez votre système d'évacuation des fumées bouché par une partie du matériel servant à le nettoyer ,une tension ressentie par l'intervenant dans la finition du service nettoyage constaté par la difficulté à remettre en place les parois interieures du foyer ,jusqu'à l'utilisation d'un marteau pour taper sur ces parois de tole d'acier,devant son incapacité à réinserer la tole supérieure sur mon insistance je l'ai remise moi même en 20 secondes .C'était la seconde intervention de cette société chez moi et la dernière ,la 1ere s'était très bien passée celle ci à vite virée à la catastrophe ,de plus les explication données par ecrit via WatsAp n'ont fait que renforcer mon insatisfaction .Me concernant et vu les risques encourus par les erreurs commises c'ètait leur dernière intervantion chez moi ..... Durante el mantenimiento de la estufa de pellets, y en especial durante la limpieza de la chimenea, el técnico dejó el cepillo con cuatro tramos de varilla (2 metros de los 8 insertados) atascados en el conducto de humos de acero inoxidable de doble pared, con un diámetro interno de 80 mm. Tras contactar con su empleador por teléfono, decidió encender la estufa, supuestamente para fundir el cabezal del cepillo (que tiene un diámetro de 60 mm y, por lo tanto, no debería estar atascado en un tubo de 80 mm). Según él, caería por gravedad. Después de 30 minutos de funcionamiento y otros 30 de enfriamiento, finalmente logró extraer el cabezal completo y los cuatro tramos sin que se fundiera, como esperaba. Fue un momento muy tenso ver el conducto de humos obstruido por parte del equipo utilizado para su limpieza. Esta tensión se hizo sentir durante la limpieza final, como evidenció la dificultad para volver a colocar las paredes internas del conducto. Se produjo un incendio, e incluso tuvieron que usar un martillo para golpear los paneles de chapa de acero. Cuando no pudieron volver a colocar la sábana superior, insistí y la puse yo mismo en 20 segundos. Esta fue la segunda y última vez que esta empresa vino a mi casa; la primera vez había ido muy bien, pero esta se convirtió rápidamente en un desastre. Además, las explicaciones que me dieron por escrito vía WhatsApp solo aumentaron mi insatisfacción. En lo que a mí respecta, y dados los riesgos que implicaban sus errores, este fue su último trabajo en mi casa....

What a great company. We just moved into a villa with a pellet stove. We have never had one before. The previous owner said he would leave instructions but didn't. This company had one of their engineers on our road and thankfully the lady in that house knew we were just moved in. She sent him over to us. He serviced our stove ( it was 18 months overdue) then spent some time showing us how to work it. A really nice young fella who saved the day! 5 star service.

Great service today. the team of 2 arrived at time scheduled and got straight to work even though it was raining heavily. They continued regardless of the weather and completed the job of replacing 3 old aircon units with brand new ones in just over 5 hours. Once finished they tidied up as best they could in the conditions. Prior to this the service provided in getting a quote was excellent too with several different brands being offered. All in all I've experienced great service.

Had a quote on Wednesday and aircon unit installed on Friday morning. A very professional team. Nico and his colleague carried out the installation. They were very tidy and cleaned everything up and took all the boxes away. We were given 3 quotes for different brands but we went with Panasonic as that is what our other units are. We would highly recommend this company.

I want to give 6 stars! Many times this company sorts out difficult AC issues. Today they sorted 3 separate issues left behind by builders who have spent months try to sort and couldnt. Edito la reseña: Finalmente, vinieron y arreglaron los desperfectos. La pared quedó con parches, pero, algo es algo. Vino otro empleado, más mayor, lo hizo todo correctamente, muy educado y limpio. La atención por parte del propietario es buena, tanto antes como después del servicio, y está dispuesto a hacer las cosas bien. Al final, imagino que tampoco puede estar encima de cada trabajador. La persona que envía las facturas también muy amable y atenta. Espero que mejoren esas cosillas con sus empleados, pues el precio y atención general es muy bueno. --------------------------- No me gusta dejar reseñas malas, intento ser empática siempre con el trabajo de los demás, pero en este caso podrían haber solucionado mejor las cosas. Les contraté para mover un viejo aire acondicionado, en una vivienda recién comprada, a otra estancia contigua donde le iba a dar más uso, y de paso, me han destrozado la pared. Yo sé que el tabique es fino, pero el chico también lo sabía, se dio cuenta al desmontar y al hacer el primer agujero. Él hizo todos los agujeros, sabiendo que estaba atravesando la pared, saltaron escombros al sofá y al televisor, ambos nuevos. Me dijo cuando ya tenía casi todos los agujeros y le fui a preguntar, que es que los tacos que tenía necesitaban esa profundidad, lo entendí, y le dije que vale, si no hay otra opción. Sin embargo, antes de irse, me dice que si lo llega a saber, pues trae unos tacos más cortos. Entonces sí había otra opción. Creo que, en el primer agujero, tendría que haberme dicho eso, ofrecerse a parar y hacerlo otro día con tacos más cortos o ir a comprarlos a la ferretería que está a 2 minutos andando de mi casa. Pero él siguió sin preguntar. Se ofreció a reparar la pared con yeso, pero otro día, que ya era viernes por la tarde. Bueno, lo entendí también y le dije que ya mejor lo haría yo. Total, tapar con yeso no va a solucionar el problema de la pared, pues al tener gotelé se va a notar igual. Los remates de las canaletas tampoco me parece que hayan quedado bien. Y la pared donde se puso el aparato, que ya estaba pintada, ha quedado bastante manchada. El precio es bueno, pero el resultado no. Uno espera que vengan a hacerle algo y quede listo, y ahora me toca a mí reparar agujeros, rematar las canaletas con silicona, y ver qué hago para disimular el yeso en una pared con gotelé. Creo que quiso hacerlo rápido, que no quería venir otro día por unos tacos. El mismo me dijo "Si fuera otro día, no me importaría quedarme y reparar la pared, pero al ser viernes..." El horario y día no lo puse yo, sino vosotros.

Otras compañías, uno puede darse cuenta que las prioridades son vender tanto como puedan, Rodríguez Climason no. Los técnicos que hicieron la instalación fueron puntuales, rápidos, tienen un trato agradable y profesional, hablan inglés y español, no hacen regueros y dejan el lugar recogido y limpio. Great service! I had one AC/Heating unit serviced in May and a new one installed recently. When the A/C was not working they were able to come over immediately and determined that an entire new unit was required. The installation was only 3 days later. With the unrelenting heat we are currently experiencing, I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this company. 5 stars all the way!! Nejair was very professional and tidy too :) Thank you!

The lady in the shop was very helpful as was the technician who visited our property. He answered all my many questions beforehand and advised on various Pellet Burner options. I believe it was a good price. The installation was prompt and efficient. The installer explained how to use the Pellet Burner. We also had an air conditioning unit which was professionally installed. Again we were given various options and the cost including installation was very good.

Climasion supplied us with a new built-in air conditioning unit, the unit was built behind the ceiling in the bathroom and the ceiling had to be completely demolished. They organized did all the work, including a new ceiling. All the employees were extremely friendly and thought along with everything. I am very handy and technical, but we live in the Netherlands and this is a holiday rental apartment so I didn't want to do it myself. They really know how to give exactly the right advice, know everything about the latest techniques and work very professionally. Well, long story short, we are now going to get our lawyer involved. And dear boss, it's not one person's word against another's. Zeer tevreden 👍 nadat onze 19 jaar oude airco het opeens niet meer deed in ons appartement, kreeg ik meteen datum en tijd om het na te laten kijken. Hij was niet meer te repareren. We hebben een nieuwe energie zuinige A++ airco laten installeren door Rodriguez Climason. Ze komen hun afspraken na en laten vlak van tevoren weten hoe laat ze er zijn. Alles hebben ze netjes achter gelaten en opgeruimd. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk! Een ander bedrijf die ik eerst had gebeld had mij laten zitten met de kapotte airco en had ik niks meer van gehoord in de hete augustus maand. Rodriguez Climason reageert direct en komt op de afgesproken datum/tijd. Zeer aan te bevelen en te vertrouwen. Héél blij met onze nieuwe airco en zeker ook onze honden die moesten afzien in de hitte. Rodriguez Climason heeft 10 sterren verdient!!

Acaban de terminar una instalación en Polaris mar menor a unos vecinos míos y han dejado toda la chatarra ( compresor viejo escondido tras un muro y demás basura) Hemos hablado con ellos tanto nosotros como seguridad para que lo retiren y se han negado. ( un buen equipo de guarros)

Buenas tardes, solo edito el mensaje para informarle de que como se mencionó anteriormente hoy los técnicos han terminado la instalación y han procedido a retirar la antigua maquina. Reciba un cordial saludo ____ Buenas tardes, es cierto que durante el fin de semana esa máquina quedará en la zona comunitaria, ya que el Lunes esta previsto volver a esa instalación (que aún no está terminada) y desmantelar la maquina por completo para bajarla a piezas. No entendemos que nuestros técnicos se hayan negado a retirarla, ya que las máquinas viejas son retiradas y enviadas a empresas de reciclaje. Nos gustaría realmente aclararlo por teléfono porque entendemos que pudo haber algún malentendido o confusión, pero el Lunes tenemos que volver a finalizar la unidad localizada en el interior de la vivienda y recoger la exterior que hoy por falta de tiempo no se pudo despiezar. Mycket bra service, kontakt och resultat! Min aircondition krånglade under en månad och 3 stycken service företag har varit på besök utan framgång. Ingen kunde hitta felet, bara ville sälja ny apparat. Idag kom det ett mycket trevlig man från Rodriguez climatzone och fixade allt på 15 minuter. Jag är mycket tacksam för hjälpen jag har fått! called them at 09.30am with A/C unit not working. They called at 4pm and fixed unit within a half hour and cleaned up after them at a very reasonable price. 2 x very polite and experienced engineers highly recommend them . spoke good English as well!!

Called to ask if someone could take a look at one o our AC units that wasn’t working … they called next to ask if they could and see it and arrived within 15 minutes and it was fixed in another 10 minutes …. The guys were lovely and so professional… absolutely delighted with the service they provided and will most definitely use them again for servicing, repairs etc in future …. I would Highly recommend this company

I have to say that I am totally impressed with the whole package. Danny was early, very polite, very friendly and extremely proficient in his work. The costs were very reasonable. From beginning to end the service was exemplary and I would highly recommend them for any air-conditioning or heating problems. I would certainly use their services again.

Großer Vorteil für deutschsprachige Kunden. Der Schef selber spricht perfekt DEUTSCH. Wir haben unseren alten Boiler ausgetauscht. Fachlich sehr kompetente Handwerker. Pünktlich da gewesen, schnelle saubere Arbeit. Die Firma kann ich nur empfehlen.

Great service, professional, fixed the problem 55 euros fault on the capacitor. Someone else had said it woukd be the compressor and cost would be 3000 euros. So glad we used this local business, absolutely recommend. Thank you

Hace 1 año y medio me instalaron varios aires en casa y siguen funcionando como el primer dia , Tuve un problema con el calentador de casa y tambien me lo arreglaron ellos , trabajan muy limpio y son muy rapidos ! Los recomiendo 100%!!

El año pasado me instalaron el aire acondicionado y nunca he tenido ningún problema. Hace poco tuve un fallo de electricidad y también me lo solucionaron explicándome todo lo que habían hecho para arreglarlo. Trato inmejorable. Estoy muy contenta con el servicio.
